Drew Domescik has more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting and executive management with a focus in healthcare and life sciences. Prior to joining Prolerity, Drew served in senior financial leadership roles responsible for strategy, corporate finance and accounting, financial planning and analysis, business optimization and mergers and acquisitions. 

Most recently, Drew served as the Chief Financial Officer for Javara Inc., a leading integrated research organization, where he led the development of the finance and accounting organization to support the accelerated growth of the Company’s clinical research network. Prior to Javara, Drew helped lead corporate development and strategy for Pharmaceutical Product Development, Inc. (PPD), a leading global contract research organization (CRO) now a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific. At PPD, Drew played a pivotal role in the development of the Company’s site and patient strategy which resulted in the formation of the Accelerated Enrollment Solution (AES) platform. 

Prior to PPD, Drew served as the Finance Director at Validant, now a private equity backed global regulatory, compliance and quality consulting company.  Drew began his career in finance as an investment banker with Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC where he executed numerous corporate financings, operational rehabilitations, capital restructurings, and mergers and acquisition transactions.

Drew received his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Science in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University and his MBA from Emory University’s Goizeuta Business School.
