As Chief Operating Officer of Prolerity Clinical Research, she leads the execution of scalable operational strategies that drive efficiency, elevate performance, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization’s growing clinical site network. Her expertise lies in optimizing clinical trial delivery through innovative practices, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Previously, she served as President of Clinical Research Insights, where she provided tailored consulting solutions and developed industry-leading training and process improvement programs for research sites. As Vice President of Clinical Operations and Strategic Partnering at WCG Clinical, she led business expansion initiatives, product development, and client engagement strategies that enhanced scientific rigor and operational feasibility.

Her background also includes executive roles at Meriden Research, Talem Clinical Consulting, Compass Research, and Orlando Health/UF Cancer Center. Throughout her career, Stacey has consistently delivered results in site expansion, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement, while championing a patient-centered approach to research.

Known for her integrity, drive, and detail-oriented leadership, Stacey is passionate about elevating the standards of clinical research and advancing the success of sponsors and sites alike. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Radford University.
