A passionate and results-driven leader, Jon brings over 15 years of business development and operational experience supporting clinical research. As SVP, Business Development, he develops comprehensive strategies and innovative solutions to optimize recruitment, bolster retention, and elevate site management support for clinical trials.

Prior to joining Prolerity Clinical Research, Jon served as Vice President, Business Development, for EmVenio Research, where he spearheaded strategic partnerships and drove accelerated growth of the company. At Shearwater Health, he helped successfully launch the Life Sciences vertical by developing and leading their account management function.

Beyond his strategic sales leadership, Jon established his foundational expertise over a transformative 10 years with Syneos Health, then IQVIA, yielding experience across project management, M&A integrations, patient and site technology, patient recruitment, site networks, and decentralized research. This multidisciplinary expertise enables him to deliver differentiated solutions that address the complex and evolving challenges inherent in clinical research.

Jon received his Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina State University and his MBA from the University of Kansas. Additionally, Jon holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
